120 HP VRF at GRD College
120 HP VRF project undertaken at GRD College. This is a retrofit project where existing indoor and outdoor units alone were replaced with new ones. This project required careful planning and execution since many classrooms and labs were in occupancy. There was a great deal of support from the customer in arranging the infrastructure accordingly.

Multiple AC systems at CAG Enterprises Ganapathy
The Yamaha showroom of CAG Enterprises Ganapathy comprised of 2 floors, display in ground floor and admin office in the 1st. This required installation of both VRF (for office) and ducted (showroom) air-conditioning systems. Open ceiling architectural layout with Yamaha showrooms requires exposed ducts to be painted in dark grey and they look amazing.

Redundant system for a 55+ year old AHU at SITRA Auditorium
SITRA Auditorium was a challenging project from a consultant with detailed design, planning and stringent material specifications. 33TR AHU with 4 nos. of 8.5TR condensing units was combined with an existing AHU installed at 1969. The AHU was floor mounted at a height of 10 feet on a robust frame and is one of its kind.

36HP VRF at Ortho One Hospital Trichy Road
36HP VRF project installed at Ortho One hospital on floor extensions. Low height ceiling with ducts and cassettes demanded very good collaboration with peer vendors like the false ceiling, electrical, and fire fighting teams for successful and timely installation.
